St. Mark handmaidens are also an integral part of the Liturgy.  Their duties include cutting of the holy bread that is distributed to the parish following holy communion and at the end of Liturgy.  They also serve the holy bread and wine to communicants following communion.  Girls must be mature enough to carry out the aforementioned duties without disrupting the communion of the parish.  For the handmaiden schedule, click on the link below.
